Charles and I got our Monday thrash-on: the idea is higher intensity over shorter bursts of time. It was pretty brutal. Charles is a beast. The Workout:
- 10 x Clean and Jerk ~110 lbs
- 15 x 330 lb Tire Flips
- 30 x alternating kettlebell swings 35 lbs
- Standing Sled Pull - bag of gravel + 21.5 lb biscuit ~ 100ft
Three circuits for time with 5-7 minutes rest in between.
